• Downloader/Uploader Application – Developed a web scraper application to streamline access to client evidence records from the government’s BSO website for attorneys managing legal cases. The BSO platform lacked API support, so this application effectively acted as a custom API integration. This application significantly reduced manual effort, improved efficiency, and enabled direct integration into the legal practice’s CRM.
• Key functionalities included:

• Automated Login and Data Retrieval: Utilized Puppeteer and advanced web scraping techniques to log in on behalf of attorneys, capture session data, and submit form data directly to the BSO site.
• PDF Manipulation: Implemented features to package documents according to attorney preferences, including:
  • Merging multiple PDFs.
  • Generating a table of contents with clickable bookmarks.
  • Applying OCR for text recognition.
  • Compressing PDFs for efficient storage and delivery.

Document Delivery: Delivered finalized documents via secure SFTP or S3 buckets, ensuring seamless integration with the CRM used in my previous role.
